How Do We Work

• Promptly handle the causes of customer issues
• Develop optimal solutions for customer tasks and communicate them in details in English
• Analyze information on DevExpress product usage, draw conclusions from it to enhance documentation, demos, and the products themselves
• Populate our knowledge base with the most often occurred scenarios of DevExpress product usage
• Enhance code examples and documentation together with technical writers

As a Support Developer, You Will

• Communicate in English with customers using email, online help desk software, and chats
• Analyze customer needs, examine their projects, and develop efficient solutions (including code examples and sample projects) based on DevExpress products
• Communicate solutions to customers
• Communicate with teammates to solve various tasks and improve DevExpress products and services
• Participate in software development of a world-class product line based on the following technologies: WinForms, WinUI, ASP .NET Web Forms, MVC, ASP .NET Core, Blazor, VCL, and HTML/JS

Minimum Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English to work efficiently with both clients and teammates
• An ability to analyze and evaluate client requirements
• An ability to analyze and debug the source code of both our products and customer projects
• Willingness to constantly learn and apply the knowledge in practice
• Knowledge of the technology depending on the target product line. We use .NET (WinForms, MAUI, WPF, ASP .NET Core, and Blazor), JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular), VCL, and others
